What is collected

This site only collects what you choose to enter:

• Contact form: first name, email address, subject, message.
• Course waiting list: email address.

No health data is requested through this site. Please do not include medical information in the contact form.

Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry, legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• Telling you when the course opens, legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives your data

Your data is handled by Lucas Dave only. It passes through Netlify, Inc., the site host and form processor, based in the United States. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.

How long it is kept

• Contact messages: 3 years from the last exchange.
• Waiting list: until the course launches, or until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. That is deliberate, and it is why no consent banner is needed. Fonts are served from our own server rather than loaded from a third-party service.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise any of these, write tocontact@lucasdave.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL:www.cnil.fr.
