Understanding your body to move better
Physiotherapist by training, yoga teacher and mobility coach. Here is where I come from and how I work.

My path
I'm a physiotherapist by training, a yoga teacher and a mobility coach, based in Nice. Since 2019 I've worked with a wide range of people, from getting back to movement after pain or an injury, at any age, through to mobility, handstand and yoga coaching.
What brought me here is a simple conviction: most people don't lack willpower, they lack an understanding of their own body. They get given exercises, and rarely the keys to know why they're doing them.
That conviction shaped how I work: explaining as much as guiding, so that people become independent in their own practice.
My training
My physiotherapy training gives me a precise reading of the body in motion: what moves, what compensates, what gets stuck and why. That is the perspective I bring to coaching.
And I keep training, every year, with people whose work I admire. That is what keeps a practice alive.

How I work
I always start from where you actually are, not from a theoretical model. An assessment session is there to understand your body, your history, the time you have and what you genuinely want to reach.
Then we build. Progressively, safely, with clear markers so you always know where you stand. Body awareness is not a nice extra, it is what makes progress last.
And because everything happens online, you keep your videos and your programme. You practise where you want, when you can.
